Within 30 calendar days from the date you received your citation, you must comply by selecting one of the following options:

PAY IN FULL (points may be assessed). To find out what you owe for your traffic ticket, please review Fees & Costs or call (772) 871-7200.
ELECT TRAFFIC SCHOOL (if eligible). This option must be submitted in writing along with full payment of the school election price of the citation. Review the Fees & Costs for the school election price of the citation. You may upload your request via the Traffic Upload form. Non-moving violations are not eligible for school election.
COURT - You may request to take your ticket to court. You can submit your request via the Traffic Upload form.

Failure to comply will result in your driver license being suspended and additional costs assessed.

NOTE: If you have been issued a citation for failure to carry proof of insurance / registration / driver license, you must submit proof along with payment within 30 calendar days via the Traffic Upload form. To request a belated court date, obtain the required form here. Once you have it filled out and saved to your computer, upload it. After submitting it, contact our office back during business hours at 772-871-7200 Option 2 to pay the filing fee of $23.00.

Since you are more than 180 days after the violation date, the Hearing Officer will review to determine if your request will be granted.
